I'm a sleep editor, and this is everything on my Christmas wish list this year

You snooze, you... win!

I have no shame in admitting that I now have no problem sleeping. For many others, I know this isn't the case, and getting a solid eight hours of uninterrupted slumber seems far too dreamy to be possible. So, it’s only fair I share my secrets. No, I can’t stop your noisy neighbors or alter your busy routine to give you more time to rest, but I can tell you a few sleep buys that have helped me get to sleep and stay comfier for longer.

With Christmas coming up, now's the perfect time to add a few of these products to your own wish list or find something for all those hard-to-buy-for friends and family members. Brands like Anthropologie, Brooklinen, and Neom have plenty of chic stocking fillers, so I've rounded up my favorite sleep sprays, silk pillowcases, bedding sets, and other accessories that you can treat yourself or someone else to this year.

These sleep buys have helped me in more ways than one, and your closest friends (and you) deserve to have the same products in your room. If your sleep routine is a bit frayed and nothing has worked, I recommend investing in one of the best mattresses first.
