Pediatric anesthetist-resuscitator, doctor of medical sciences, professor. Born on August 4, 1953 in the city of Dnepropetrovsk. In 1976 he graduated from the pediatric faculty of the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Institute. After graduation, he worked (1976-1978) at the Department of Pharmacology, and since 1978 he continued his career in the Children's Clinical Hospital No. 3 named after Professor M.F. Rudnev M. Dnepropetrovsk as a doctor of anesthesiologist-resuscitator. From 1979 to 1983 he studied in correspondence postgraduate study at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care DMI. In 1984, he defended his thesis on the subject “The influence of various oxygen therapy methods on the function of erythron in respiratory failure due to toxic pneumonia in young children.” In 1985 he was elected as an assistant in the department of propaedeutics of childhood diseases. Since 1987 - assistant of the Department of Neonatology of the FPO, and in 1989 he was elected to the position of Associate Professor. In 1993 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Ways of the formation of adaptive-compensatory mechanisms of the oxygen-transport function of the blood and methods for their correction in the hypoxic state of newborns”. Since 1993 - Professor of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care DMI, in 1995-1996. - Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care with a course of HBO for interns. Since 2000 - Professor of the Department of Anesthesiology, Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine. In 2004, Professor V. I. Snisar was elected by competition to the post of dean of the faculty of postgraduate education of the DSEA, which he continues to work successfully. Vladimir Ivanovich is the author of more than 250 scientific papers, co-author of three textbooks and 6 manuals for doctors, 12 guidelines, one invention, two patents. Under his scientific supervision, two doctoral and 9 master's theses were completed, one doctoral and 3 master's theses are planned and are being carried out. Performs medical advisory work in the departments of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care of children and newborns of the regional children's clinical hospital; provides consultations in children's hospitals in the city and region. Professor V. I. Snisar is a member of the dissertation council D.08.601.01, a member of the board of the Association of Anesthesiologists of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, a member of the editorial board of scientific and practical journals "Actual Issues of Pediatric Surgery and Anesthesiology" (RF), "Acute and Emergency Conditions in Practice doctor ”,“ Child’s Health ”.
