In 1975, she graduated with honors from DMI and until 1980 worked as a local therapist. From 1981 to 1983 - clinical intern at the Department of Hospital Therapy, from 1983 - assistant, and since 1992. - Associate Professor of the same department. From 1992 to 2016, he held the position of head of the department of faculty therapy. In 1984, she defended her thesis “Hemosorption in the complex treatment of patients with severe forms of infectious-allergic bronchial asthma and asthmatic status”, and in 1992, her doctoral dissertation “Clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of erythrocytic lesions” membranes in patients with chronic bronchitis as respiratory failure increases. ” Since 1993 - Professor, since 2003 - Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine with a degree in Therapy. The main area of ​​scientific interests of T. A. Perechnoy is pulmonology. Under her scientific supervision 3 doctoral and 37 master's theses are defended. 1996, as part of the All-Ukrainian program “Healthy Lungs of Ukraine” under the guidance of Professor T. A. Perechnoy, the department created the Asthma School and the School for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. T. A.
